great access to parks and beaches for city explorers
We had a fantastic time staying here for two nights, enjoying the nearby Playa el Delfin which is just a short walk away and perfect for family outings, and the vibrant Mazatlan International Center is also within easy reach, making our city explorations a breeze.

Infinity pool, beach chairs, clean environment
Outdated rooms!!! No WiFi in rooms, limited towels, unavoidable noise from nearby rail tracks!!! Shower amenities barely cut it!!! Could use a serious update on maintenance!!! Don't count on being nearby el Malecón!!!

My kids and I stayed in a Junior Suite for 2 nights. The room was nice and clean. The pool area was great, and it’s only about 4 1/2 feet deep, perfect for the kids to splash around safely. There were no major complaints. But, honestly, there were some oddities like the dining was a bit tricky since room service wasn’t easily accessible, and I missed having menus in the room!

I had an amazing stay in a studio where the pool was crystal clear, and the beach view was stunning! The little touches in the room made it feel like paradise, like the swan towels and rose displays. Can't wait to come back!
felt quite safe, no complaints whatsoever

Surprisingly Charming Despite Flaws
The infinity pool was a delight and offered stunning views, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a long day. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and attentive.
However, the room showed signs of wear and tear, including ripped curtains and a bathroom door that barely functioned. It's clear that maintenance needs improvement for the price paid.

A Relaxing Stay with Room for Improvement
Our group enjoyed a cozy Superior Suite for five nights. We loved the pool area and the sunset views from the beach. However, access to the beach could be improved for safety. Consider bringing a translator app and call a taxi ahead of time for better navigation.

Recommend it for Families seeking peace
The beach was like paradise, not crowded and just beautiful. Had the whole pool area to ourselves, perfect for chilling out after those crazy nights, you know?
It wasn’t exactly a steal, but for the peace of mind it gave us, I’d say it was worth it.

missingWrote a review on 03 Augjunior suitelarge poolpeaceful surroundingscold pooltrain noise
I spent a week in a Junior Suite at Diamond Bay. The hotel is set away from the busy city, which brought me peace and quiet. The suite was spacious and clean, perfect for my family's needs. We loved the large pool. the kids enjoyed playing in it without any worries. However, the pool water felt unbearably cold, and I wish they had better heating options. The hotel lacks decent wifi coverage. it worked sporadically and mostly in the lobby. A notable downside was the noisy train tracks nearby that disturbed our sleep early in the morning. Additionally, we were charged $112 for sheets that my son accidentally soiled, which felt excessive. Even with the inconveniences, the overall charm of the surroundings kept our spirits high. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to help. However, better upkeep is needed. the building felt outdated in some areas.

The hotel is comfortable and nicely spaced, but the
